General information

  1. The controller of your personal data is Vestanda AB (hereinafter referred to as Vestanda) located in Stockholm, Norrtullsgatan 32 lgh 1503 (113-45 Stockholm), entered in the Swedish Companies Registration Office under the organization number: 559288-7136, tax identification number: SE559288713601.
  2. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, please do not use the website, nor sign up for the newsletters provided by Vestanda.
  3. Vestanda reserves the right to make modifications to the Terms of Service, as stated in section ‘’Changes in Terms of Service’’.

 

Personal Data

  1. Vestanda applies the prevailing regulatory framework pertaining to the processing of personal data and continuously strives to provide you with optimal integrity protection.
  2. Vestanda requires only the personal data which is necessary for the proper functioning of the website and providing its services. Failure to provide certain personal data will make it impossible for Vestanda to provide its services.
  3. Authorisation to process personal data by Vestanda is based on yours consent and statutory authorization for processing of personal data in order to:

Newsletter subscription

  1. Subscribing to electronic newsletters provided by Vestanda and available at www.vestanda.com requires providing your name and email address. Providing this data is mandatory.
  2. This data is added to the mailing list of the newsletter. Email address is necessary for Vestanda to send you the newsletter. Providing your name allows Vestanda to call you by your name :)
  3. Data provided by you in the process of subscribing will not be used for any other purposes than those mentioned above.
  4. To cancel your subscription you can contact us at any time, most easily at info@vestanda.com or by writing to Vestanda AB, Norrtullsgatan 32 lgh 1503, 113-45 Stockholm, Sweden.
  5. Vestanda will delete your email address the moment you cancel your subscription or in any other way object to receiving information from us.

 

Changes in Terms of Service

  1. This Terms of Service can be modified. Any modifications will be published on www.vestanda.com. Any modifications to this Terms of Service will be effective upon our posting of the new terms. In all cases, your continued use of the services or websites provided by Vestanda after the posting of any modified Terms of Service indicates your acceptance of the terms of the modified Terms of Service.
  2. Modifications to this Terms of Service have no effect and will have no effect on the basic rule: Vestanda is not selling any personal data to third parties.
